Interpretation and Counseling Service for Non-Japanese
Telephone answering
Interpreters for this service use a three-way calling system to interpret for the 2 parties and provide advice to callers including the following situations:
- ・When non-Japanese speakers have difficulty communicating at administrative organizations related to Kyoto City, including ward offices.
- ・When non-Japanese speakers need to know where to go and how to apply to use government services.
- ・When non-Japanese speakers want to talk to administrative organizations related to Kyoto City, including ward offices over the phone.
